Lilly seemed to not listen to how I wanted my hair cut and just decided to do whatever she felt was best. I asked for my hair to be cleaned up at about the same length. I have curly hair and ended up with it combed out straight at about half the length. Not to mention she tried blending with scissors over and over just making it shorter each time, and the neck wasn’t straight or trimmed to a zero. I’ve never been to this location before, so I knew I’d be taking a risk. The coupon I received the day prior also didn’t work when at the register. Overall, I’m just pretty disappointed.

Very happy with haircut. But to schedule appointment online when they open us problematic. Opened at 10 a.m., but to schedule an appointment online I had to wait till 10:15 a.m. By the time I scheduled my appointment online, I already had a 49 minute wait time. So will start going elsewhere.

Employees not wearing masks even though their policy stated on their website that they would be. Patrons not wearing masks either. Check in system is a complete joke. It showed 3 minutes as I was walking in. Took walk-ins before me and wait time went back up to 20 minutes.

I was pleasantly surprised by Great Clips. I usually go to discount hair places like this so I know not to expect the most high-end experience. I have pretty low expectations. I usually go to Holiday Hair, but saw the $7.99 sale here and I’m not one to pass on a bargain. I had a wonderful experience! It was $4 extra to wash the hair but I don’t mind. My stylist was super friendly and resourceful. Only got a trim but she was very thorough. I’ll definitely come back!

This 5 star review is for giving me such a horrible experience that I decided to switch to cutting my own hair- the best decision of my life. It’s definetely uncomforting when your stylist needs to ask another employee for help fixing. After nervously letting you know that she just got out of the academy a few months ago and that they only give a week of men’s haircuts… This urged me to go out and get a pair of clippers for the same price as 1 haircut and do it by myself from now on. Great decision that saved me uncomfortable experiences like this and a lot of $!!
