I went here for a hair cut and had the worst experience ever. I asked for mid fade but I have no idea what kind of hair cut the lady give me.. hair are uneven and the lady didn’t even say single words to be.. if you love your hair please never go to this store… I look so bad I can’t even explain… I think the lady had no idea what was she doing man..

If you like your hair, please do not get your haircut at this location. Me and my 2 daughters went in for haircuts, I showed the lady who cut mine what I wanted (on a picture) and she just said “yea”. She just started chopping my hair and it looks nothing like what I showed her and it’s nothing I ever would’ve chose for myself. The right side of my hair was 2 inches longer than the other side and I had to have the gentleman working with her fix it. Glad the guy that was working there cut my 2 daughter’s hair because they would’ve been so upset.

We typically take the kids to the one in Shippensburg where they do a great job. Today both my children went for haircuts and my son returned extremely upset. His hair was cut too short, the bottom is extremely uneven and he had scratch marks all over his neck from what I’m assuming is the razor used to cut his hair.

When I first walked in and was greeted, I could not believe face mask were still required. But the nice young ladies there explained it and I was okay with it. Kaitlyn cut my hair and did an absolutely fantastic job. It’s just the way my girl at Great Clips in Florida cut it. I will definitely be back.

Critical: QualityFirst let me say that my stylist Antonia was very sweet. I am very, very dissatisfied with my haircut because I don’t think she had any idea how to do what I asked for. She even went back 3 times to try and do what I asked of her, I even showed her different pictures of what I wanted. I have had this cut many times before and she did nothing I have ever seen. Great shop! Very clean and the staff was very professional. They do an excellent job of doing one’s hair. The staff are chatty without being overdone. They make small talk with the customers with ease. There is nothing worse than getting someone who says nothing. It makes it weird for the customer to just sit there. And they also keep track of how you get your hair cut – so no matter what location you go to – you get the same cut.

We (my daughter and I) came here for the first time today. Everyone was very nice and friendly – speedy (barely any wait – get the app it’s great). The lovely lady that took care of my daughter and I was so nice and did a great job on both my daughter and I. I mistakenly allowed my friend to do a more trickier cut then my normal trim and they fixed it and I think moving forward we will always stick with Great Clips since the experience was so pleasant.
