I went in for a haircut due to my eyes being covered by my hair definitely needed one. The person named Jo really messed my hair up it was so uneven to the point I had to go home and FIX it myself, but before I went home to fix it she also cut it so short. I hate my hair to the point I’m wearing a beanie it’s so bad and to the point I had a mental breakdown because of it. I usually go in and Katie does my hair and she does a AMAZING job every single time. I definitely ain’t going there if she isn’t in.

Long wait, even after online check-in an hour before. Over-worked, tired and under-staffed personnel. Its like a McDonalds but for haircuts. Not the cheapest and not the best around but gets the job done when other places are closed. Again, staff is always nice and they try their best, but most of them do not want to be there and it shows, especially after a long day. This is more of an issue with the corporate and not the hair stylists though. Another big issue is consistency, it is a gamble sometimes whether you’ll get a quality haircut or not.

Very nice employees. Very nice establishment. Very nice haircut the lady gave me. I asked if she could wash my hair. And she did that and she shaved my beard. But a little pricey, but will go there again. The short time I was there about 20 – 25 minutes. The other hair stylist and the one who cut my hair. Were talking and making jokes. It was a very entertaining and fun time !!!! Thank You Great Clips !!!!

My son has been going to great clips since he started getting his hair cut. He is 9 yrs old now and we had always gone to the great clips at Newberry Pointe. We went to this location and he asked me if we can come here all the time. He says the lady was very nice and didn’t push on his head. I don’t mind driving 10 minutes extra for quality service.
