I was just in, and before I had an amazing lady who really took her time and was as sweet as pie. The lady I had today BUTCHERED my hair. I asked for my bangs cut slightly and layers. My layers are all uneven, and my bangs were chopped straight across and are STILL uneven. She seemed annoyed I even came in, and had some attitude that my boyfriend even noticed.she took FIVE minutes. Ridiculous. This is awful.

Haircut was ok. As nice as the lady was though she talked a lot, and got so sidetracked during my haircut she didn’t remember exactly what I wanted. She angled it the wrong direction but it doesn’t look bad so I didn’t complain. Fair price for a haircut though.

Dear Lord I work 3 jobs 7 days a week so can never schedule a appointment. On March 8th I tried 3 places an a barber suggested your place newly opened never heard of it. Right hand to God I have very simple hair an I got chopped. I could cry after I got home an washed. It’s still all jacked up. My 15 year old daughter walking behind me I Easter says Grammy you have a huge chunk out of the back of your hair an there’s a super long chunk on the other side want me to fix it. Me: No honey not another person will touch my hair until I schedule with a real stylist. I commented on a post mentioning no name as I am now an got attacked by many so I’ve never said another word. Only reason I am giving a review now is because I have seen 3 friends in the last week saying how bad their cut was an have already gone to other stylist to fix their hack jobs. Sorry not sorry. I am a prominent customer service person with this embarrassing cut for 5 weeks now
