Mel is an absolute lifesaver. I came in needing a botched haircut fixed and she did not disappoint. She talked me through her plan to get my hair where I wanted and was constantly checking in to make sure I was still happy with what she was doing. I was really impressed by her attention to detail and that she was more than willing to ask her coworkers for advice at points where she was unsure of the best way to fix the mess the last stylist left me with.

The girls here listen to what you ask. They cut my hair exactly how I like every time and prices are reasonable. They’re also super great about my 2 year old. They give her pretend hair cuts and also have given her a real one. When she tries to explore around the place they’re very interactive with her and helpful while I’m getting my hair cut. Give these girls a raise they deserve it.

The hair stylists are fine, good haircuts and good customers services, but oh my God they need to hire more hair dressers, this is the longest wait time great clips I’ve been to and it only keeps getting worse, butlers great clips is faster and their area has way more people, but when I look at this great clips it’s usually an hour or hour and thirty minute wait or more so I go somewhere else because I don’t have the time to stand around in a waiting room for 2 hours and the app has said that the wait list was maxed out so I couldn’t even schedule ahead, it’s faster to drive 30 minutes somewhere and drive back after a 20 minute haircut a majority of the time
