Very polite staff and they do an excellent job on my kids hair. I love it cause I can check in on my phone then it tells me how long my wait is and I can go do something else until they message me with 15 minutes until it’s our turn and I head there then so I don’t have to sit in a waiting room with my kids for an hour. I recommend this place for parents to take their kids here. Check in online with your phone.

This is by far the best haircut I’ve ever had! My son and daughter go to Caitlin regularly so I gave her a chance too and WOW!!! I have very thick coarse curly hair so I’m very particular about my haircuts and not many stylists can cut my type of hair well. I’ve been to high end salons that do my color that can’t even come close to how phenomenal this cut was, my hair is so healthy and I’m so incredibly pleased. Give them a try!!

Most don’t know what they’re doing I asked for my hair to be down to the tip of my nose and they cut over my eyebrows and it’s longer on the sides than the top/front, if your a boy dont go there!!!! Haircut

Critical: Quality, ValueWas not impressed with my haircut they totally butchered it. I asked 3 different times if they was comfortable doing the cut I asked for. My bangs were uneven not to mention the huge chunk out of the side of my hair. If your ladies don’t know what they are doing please don’t spend 2 hours doing it because that makes me feel like I’m obligated to tip when I’ll need to get it fixed as well.. they also butchered my brothers haircut. How can you be a stylist and not be able to do a guys cut with a fade and thinned, blended top. My haircut had to be fixed at Vanessa’s salon had to wait about a week but it was well worth it. Critical: Punctuality, QualityI went today and got a haircut. The lady asked me if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed so I said sure why not. She almost shaved one eyebrow completely off and the other she barely trimmed any. I firmly believe a 3 year old could’ve done a better job. I’ll never spend another cent with this company.
