This is our favorite Great Clips in the Washington area. The staff here are kind and good at cutting hair. Their system of keeping lines short with the help of online check-in (which is super easy on their app) runs like a well-oiled machine.

Been goin to Great Clips @Donaldson’s Crossroads since they opened several yrs ago. Unfortunately, their cuts have REALLY fallen off. Stylists are polite, professional, etc…However, the last few months (I get cut once a month) they’ve TOTALLY fallen off!! I went to the Great Clips up the road in Meadowlands. They did an AMAZING job. Sadly, I forget the stylists name…but how do 2 identical salons w/the same identical setup & biz model be SO DIFFERENT?!? I’ll be goin to Meadowlands from now on.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy brother went to get his hair cut today and left with a very uneven hair cut and cuts on the back of his neck from the clippers. I am a cosmetology student so I was able to fix his hair cut but the woman didn’t just cut him once she cut him multiple times and the bottom of his fade looked like a game of Tetris. My brother was nice enough to not say anything and still tip but I really hope she cleaned her clippers well because having blood on the clippers is just asking for an infection to happen. So… Truth be told my kids hair was a shameful mess! Being near 50yrs old I remember a kids hair cut being 5 to 6 bucks when I grew up. NOT THE CASE TODAY!! This place, however more than 5 or 6 bucks (I’m so old)… Gives a nice cut at a respectable price.

The quality of your haircut is completely dependant on which stylist you get, although most them are somewhat skilled, but some will cut your hair the way THEY think it will look good (in their opinion) and just ignore your preferences.
