I have had a number of haircuts at this location and have always been pleased. Never again. Today I got there at opening and got on list. I sat in my car and waited the 35 estimated minutes and wasn’t called. I went and checked and I was first on list. I waited outside the door (no one had a mask on, contrary to what the website claimed) and no one called me. They took two people who were inside ahead of me. Shoddy, shoddy customer service.

Would NOT recommend going here! I went for a hair cut yesterday and was lectured the whole time about how “I need to use a heat protector.” My whole entire time in her chair, the lady kept pointing out and belittling me for not “taking proper care of my hair.” The lady was miserable and made the experience horrible for me. She didn’t even talk to me about what heat protector to use! She kept making comments such as “I bet this is where you start flat ironing your hair.” If I cared more about my hair, I wouldn’t be going to great clips for a haircut and if I wanted to be lectured, I would have asked her opinion. Do NOT GO HERE.

Their protocol during the green phase of reopening made me feel very comfortable & safe. Online check-in only, no walk-in was available. Seats outside were spaced 6 ft apart for customers to wait until the hairdresser was ready & came to get me. They directed me to sanitize and they took my temperature, masks are required during the entire visit.
