Signed in online and waited 20 minutes to get there and then went inside and was told 56 minute wait. I don’t blame the staff. Only 2 women working and they had WAY TOO MANY online check ins. Either need to hire more staff (and pay them properly) or cut off online check ins when you only have 2 workers.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityHad haircut in White Oak . Stylist cut hair dry , didn’t seem at all interested , had to tell her multiple times sides were not even . Didn’t get to view back of head after cut . Later went to Pleasant Hills to get shorter cut , stylist asked where I had gotten previous cut . Unbeknownst to me there were areas that weren’t even cut – it was extremely uneven . Fortunately she was able to fix what had been done previously. But my sister gave me the recommendation and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. I know it’s a heavy task to cut a toddler’s hair but Pam was phenomenal! We were waited on immediately and it only took a few minutes to get into a chair due to check in procedures and COVID protocols.
