Checked in online was supposed to be 45 minutes. I waited almost 2 hours. I needed a very simple cut. Basically straight across. My hair is very fine and knots easily. The stylist used a tiny comb. Starting at my scalp and proceeded to rip at my hair. My scalp actually hurt for a day or two after my cut. Which I had to fix myself when I got home. I understand it’s inexpensive. I understand busy, short staffed. However I think a little patience and professionalism would not be a lot to ask for.

Got butchered really bad, absolutely terrible since they merged. Hit or miss with the stylists. You either get a good haircut or leave looking like you fought hedge clippers. Haircut
