I just needed a shampoo and style (flat ironed). I don’t typically go out and get my hair done as I was a hairstylist and could do it myself but decided to treat myself, and boy was that a mistake.. I wasn’t even fully shampooed, just the ends of my hair, and my hair wasn’t fully dried before flat ironed and is still damp at the root near my face after I left. Not to mention how terrible it is for your hair to be flat ironed when wet or damp.. I have curly/wavy hair so anything that is still wet shows when dried. Having paid $60 for this service, I no way believe this was worth $60 and I am extremely unsatisfied. In the pictures you can see my still oily roots and the curl in them by my face. There is no excuse for this… i absolutely do not plan on returning as a customer after this experience..

Honestly, it depends on who you get as a stylist some are good others not so much. This last time the girl was nice and she did a great job.The time before the girl just yanked the comb through my hair after she had wet it and gave me worse split ends than I had before she started my hair was a frizzy mess.

This place is trash. If you complain about a terrible haircut(fade in my case, quite simple) they just kick you out of the store instead of fixing it. DO NOT GO HERE. While getting a hair cut the two hair dressers were gossiping about the prior older coloree ladys hair and how they arent supposed to be cutting that her. Its pathetic. The girls that work there are pathetic. I am love and light, you can feel the bad energy in the place. I wish I could give 0 stars tbh.
