The Webster Great Clips is the Best Place around. I have been going there since it opened. Many of the original employees are still there since it opened. They know me by name. Love the convenience of online check-in. I take my son there for cuts and we’re in and out in 15 minutes. Minus one star as the quality of cut varies significantly with the stylist but my son and I appreciate the expediency so we keep going back .

I’ve taken my son there for years. Never had an issue, the ladies were always so sweet and professional. This time we had a different experience. My son and the hairstylist were going back and forth. She was not nice. Not saying my son is perfect but it’s out of his character to argue with anyone. I asked if everything was OK and they both stood quiet. I could see the disappointment in his face. After we got in car, he expressed how rude and how she did not listen to what he asked for. We arrived home and noticed the hair was not even, and he had hair all over his hoodie.I immediately got back in the car and went back so she could fix it. She tried to give me an excuse why it was uneven. My son is 17 and I’m sure it wasn’t because he wasn’t still. The lady was rude and unprofessional to argue with him. I heard her from the waiting room. I tried not to lose my mind when I returned. We will never return and it’s a shame because I have been going there for over 10 years.

Had a very nice person cut my hair and she cleaned me up great. From looking like a hobo to a cleaned up respectable member of society in mere minutes. What’s really nice is, if you’ve been there before, they’ll have the last hairstyle they did for you saved… So if you’re numb in the brain like I am at times (…most of the times let’s be honest) they’ll know what you want after the first cut, assuming you want the same thing. It’s pretty cool. I’m pretty sure it saved my data like an account, so the same haircuts I got in Michigan followed me back home. With all things these days, I’d check in online first. If you just walk in, like I did, you could be in for a wait. Get there a little before your estimated wait time though, or someone might be able to get squeezed in ahead of you, which was what I got to do. Anyways, we’re a long ways from the Supercuts days. Much nicer staff and fairly priced haircuts.
