Positive: ProfessionalismStylist – Jenna – was professional asking the right questions, but not too many. Bonus was that she knew my son from high school and casually brought it up in what prior to and after that was a pleasant conversation. Despite the conversation and some distraction of some kids awaiting their turn, she remained focused and provided a great cut.P.S. have had several other wonderful stylists here as well. Bonus was that she knew my son from high school and casually brought it up in what prior to and after that was a pleasant conversation. Despite the conversation and some distraction of some kids awaiting their turn, she remained focused and provided a great cut.

Critical: ValueTried to resolve with the GM at the Parkside Commons Store. I do not judge a haircut until I get home and style my hair myself. I was not happy with the cut. It is not blended on either side. I asked for a refund and was informed that is against company policy. Yet the policy is not listed on the website. Tried to resolve with the GM at the Parkside Commons Store. I do not judge a haircut until I get home and style my hair myself. I was not happy with the cut. It is not blended on either side. I asked for a refund and was informed that is against company policy. Yet the policy is not listed on the website. Why would I give them a chance to fix if they couldn’t get it right the 1st time.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityVeronica really wanted to argue after I had told her right up front I just wanted a trim… JUST A TRIM.. She hacked my hair far too short, like I ordered a military buzz cut.. She had her notes wrong, then tried to claim that she was helpless to blend it in unless she continued to go far shorter than I wanted…. Not at all apologetic.. Veronica really wanted to argue after I had told her right up front I just wanted a trim… JUST A TRIM.. She hacked my hair far too short, like I ordered a military buzz cut..
