I found a miracle worker! His name is Ray and he’s only there a few days a week so make sure to make an appointment! Also, tip the man a $20 because you are getting a pro for $18. He used to own a salon and is semi retired. He takes the time to really look at your hair and give you a cut that works best for your hair and body type. The last time my hair looked this good, I spent $100 so please be sure to tip him well!!!

My friend, 87 years old, got her hair cut. Her hair was wet after the cut so she asked the stylist for a blow dry and curl. She was told no, she would have had to say she wanted that at the start since it would be more cost. Only one other customer was in the shop, and there were two stylists. So she sent my friend out in sixty four degree weather with soaking wet hair like a wet puppy.

I went in for a haircut and asked for something fairly simple. This was going to be my first haircut in over a year because I had to shave my head (personal reasons) and I was excited to style my hair again. Anyway, I showed the stylist (I believe Michelle) the photo reference. I asked for her to cut my hair a little bit shorter than the photo. In the photo the hair ended just below the shoulder, I asked she could cut it a little above. I was wearing a mask and she couldn’t hear me, fair because I’m soft spoken, I ended up repeating myself a few times. She started cutting my hair and I was nervous she wasn’t going short enough. I’ve been to other locations, so I typically trust the process. As she was cutting my hair, she left to help another customer at the counter. I understand multitasking and keeping the customers happy, but when I went in I sat down and waited for the next available person to help. Am I wrong for thinking that? I’m not trying to sound like a Karen, but she was in the middle of cutting my hair. She came back and finished and my hair was a little too long, so I asked if she could cut it a little bit more. She cut a lot faster and told me it was done. Every other location I’ve been to they dry your hair, but she didn’t (I’m bringing that up because I saw a previous review saying the same thing). It was obvious she didn’t cut my hair the way I asked, but I figured I’d wait for my hair to dry to see if it looked good. I have never cried over a haircut so much in MY LIFE. It looked nothing like what I asked for. I absolutely hate it. Normally I wouldn’t leave a review, but I can’t believe she thought that was acceptable. I’d rather go bald again than walk around with this haircut. I look like f***ing Alice from Twilight. I’m never going back to any Great Clips. Here’s what I wanted vs. what I got. I don’t care who sees this, laugh

I have used this great clips location for over 5 years and I have always received pretty good haircuts which my 4/5 rating should reflects. Today was different, I didn’t get the level of hair cut I have came to know from this location to a point where I will not be returning.

Did a walk in, got my hair washed an cut. The woman who did it I can’t remember her name I believe Sohelia (long dark hair and orange mask) was so exceptionally sweet. Her customer service was on point and I love how my hair turned out.

I had an estimated wait time of 45 minutes which was increased so I stopped in the grocery store. I went back to the Great Clips when my timer was down to 15 minutes. I sat there and waited as my timer was at 0 minutes, I was number one of the waiting screen, and they continued to take others. When I asked a worker what was going on he said “I take who is here first”. If that is your policy change to walk ins only. That was an hour of my life I won’t get back but I have been needing to get a real barber so maybe it was a blessing. I recommend anyone else do the same; if you are not hard pressed for cash spend the few extra bucks go to a professional and save yourself the headache.
