Couldn’t tell you ms. Name, but I’m here to let her know in the most respectful way. Please groom yourself before you decide to come face to face, chest to face with a customer. She looked old, genuine, and kind. Just probably has poor hygiene but you as workers should let her know respectfully she needs to shower. You’re a business, and you guys all have a face there. I recently visited this location with my daughter, and I am not pleased with my experience! I don’t get my haircut often and this is the exact reason why! I have curly hair and I don’t understand why someone would try and use a comb that a male would use to comb their hair in my thick curly hair! My hair was getting wet down with a water bottle and the pain it caused to comb through my hair was far from the experience I expected! My eyes were tearing up! I will never return to this location, and after this experience I may even wait longer than my usual for a haircut because clearly curly hair isn’t understood! I had an awful headache the remainder of my day, and honestly don’t even like the cut!

They may not be a 5 star private salon but the one by Walmart on southwestern is my go to . The woman i go to (caroline i believe is her name) is so nice and talented. I’ve grown a great relationship with her over the past year + and i always go to her. But in reality they are all great , you can’t go wrong there

The girl was nice but I took my daughter for her first hair cut and she rushed to cut her hair. She did not wet her hair or check to make sure she cut it even. My daughter was so excited to get her hair cut she was upset when we left because it was so quick. My daughter was maybe in the chair for 5 minutes and that was it. I was disappointed and will not be returning.
