I visited this salon today. I have been going to Great Clips for years. I have long hair on top, shaved underneath. Same cut, every time. The only thing I come in for is to shave up the underside. Never had the top cut at Great Clips. Throw the hair up top in a clip and shave the underside with a 1 and a 1/2. That’s it. Easy. Can’t mess that up, right?

Terrible service! I have been coming to this location for years and always leave good tips. I arrived at 4:45pm and the two ladies turned me and one other customers away because they decided to close early. I understand turning customers away in the last few minutes but not 15 minutes early! I hope the management is aware of this issue, this is how you lose business and loyal customers.
