The stylists are friendly, but the quality of the cuts is average to below average. There were three of us getting cuts and none of us were terribly pleased. They spend a lot of time gabbing between themselves which is a bit rude sine they should be focusing on the person in the chair.

I always bring my grandma here for her hair cuts! It’s a wonderful staff and her cuts are always fantastic. It’s nice that I can look online on the check in screen for wait times for the best times to take her and I can check in when we’re ready to leave, it’s a great feature.

This location allows you to make an appt with estimated haircut times. They generally do a nice job with haircuts. However, the stylists routinely fit walk in customers ahead of customers with appointments (like they did again today). This makes the appearance of an appointment, a joke. Hairstyling

I am not one to complain about stuff. But I had a haircut today and got nothing what I asked for. I asked for 5 on top and 2 on the sides and she gave me a buzz cut.. didnt clean it up or try and make it look good ahead rushed it and then said i was done. I’m very upset about it and how uneven my hairline is now so i will not be going back to this place.
