Online check-in is great and helps reduce the wait time. Haircut quality and staff friendliness seems hit or miss… One visit can be great and the next not so much. My most recent visit left me with an OK haircut, but she seemed in a rush to get me in and out. The razor was actually pulling out my hair on a few occasions because she was going so fast.

I’ve had many cuts here, most of them perfect. But I have never had such a “chop job” nor ever been treated so badly as I was yesterday. It was if she had a race to run, she “sped” thru the cut with no attention to how she was cutting. This is not a new stylist. She has been here for a long while and has also previously cut my hair. It is now uneven, too short and looks like garbage. It was obvious that she was either angry or upset with something, but you don’t take it out on your customers especially with scissors or a razor in your hand!! She had some issue. I will never be back. Be warned.
