Went to get my sons haircut,was told 15 mins.A half hour later they took a women and her 3 kids before us.whom had come in after us. When i spoke up they rudely told me to be patient.they’ll get to me when they get to me.They are not professional and very rude. I Left because we had other events today.So no hair cut for spring pictures. Thank you great clips for terrible service.My son is very upset that we were treated like this, keeps asking why were we treated so different then everyone else.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went in today with my wife and 18 month old daughter to get her hair cut. Upon entry they told us that they cant her cut hair unless she wears a mask. Upon telling them that it isnt required by the state for a child under 2 to wear a mask they completely denied our request and shifted the blame to the owner as it is his “policy”. Its hard enough for parents to get there toddler to get a hair cut nonetheless wear a mask! Been coming here for a while an personally know the owner.
