Took my Dad (80) for a haircut last week and they did a good job. He felt comfortable and well taken care of. Vinnie is both very polite and professional. The place takes walk-ins with appointments getting priority so best to make an online appointment. Added: Went back few days later for my hair cut & a beard trim and Dennis did a great job as well. Also very professional and listened closely to what I wanted. We’ll be back.

Visited Great Clips earlier this month. I’ve been having IRIS cut my sons hair and my own. She never disappointed us. Now I brought my 9 year old son who has autism. IRIS was so patient and nice and caring. She gave Ryan the best haircut he’s ever gotten. I really hope Great Clips RT206 HILLSBOROUGH NJ knows what talented sweet treasure they have in IRIS. It depends on the stylist you are getting. Overall they are doing a decent job, nice services except one time when the stylist literally destroyed my hair. That was the worst hair saloon experience in my life, but it was just once in last 1-2 years of visits over there.

Worst experience I had in this location. The lady was very rude and pulled my hair when doing shampoo . She didn’t wash my hair completely. She just washed the front of my hair and she said she finished. Even when doing haircut she didn’t comb it properly. Without combing she did the haircut. Terrible experience. Will never comeback to this place.If you want to save your hair, never go to this place.

Location is awesome and the shop is clean and welcoming. The hairstylist I went to did not seem trained in scissors-cut, so he pretty much messed up my hair. I think it’s better to be honest up front rather than later (he admitted during the haircut that when he saw me walking up he feared that I would ask for a scissors-cut).

I arrived at allotted time 5.10pm as checked in online, hair stylists were Iris and a gentleman, those waiting were a little boy and myself. Iris became free first and took the boy and the man obviously has a problem cutting womens hair and disappeared at back of shop so had to wait about 40mins before Iris became free and after haircut left just after 6pm.This is the first time I have had this problem where men did not know how to cut womens hair and I wanted it short too and had nearly an hour waiting. Iris cut hair extremely well.
