inexperienced hair stylist ! I’ve been visiting this place for last 6 yrs and there has been no issue at all but recently during covid time this store has gone bad, lot of inexperienced hair stylist, though I need to admit I still see my old stylist they are great but to get appointment is tough so you end up getting whoever is there and it’s a pathetic show. I guess the owner needs to increase the skill level and the prices have gone up drastically which needs to be drawn down. I’m going to avoid this place !! Not worth the $$

Posting on behalf of rather going instore. 10/09/20 approximately I had gone in for a standard haircut as this location is usually my go to. The experience was fine and stylist did a great job but unfortunately,great job does not exclude being taken advantage of which is flat out wrong as can see with provided pics from screepcap and receipt(still have the original btw!). It’s one thing to be nice in giving at least a $2 tip but taking an additional $3.28 for absolutely no reason and then blamming me when having had called back to ask why without raising voice or yelling is another. Will be taking my longtime business elsewhere and suggest those who value their money do same unless opt to stay,pay with cash and keep close eye as it’s not cool to be pulling this type of stuff given the current pandemic that’s continuing to go on.

Critical: Quality, ValueThe worst haircut I have ever gotten. I told them specifically where I wanted my hair length to be. They took off an additional 6 inches and left me with an absolutely ridiculous haircut. Instead of medium length hair, I practically have a bob now. Would not recommend to anyone. The worst haircut I have ever gotten. I told them specifically where I wanted my hair length to be. They took off an additional 6 inches and left me with an absolutely ridiculous haircut. Instead of medium length hair, I practically have a bob now. Would not recommend to anyone. If I could give this place zero stars I would, but since I can’t its one star.
