I sure made a mistake coming here. The lady I had didn’t know when to put the scissors down. She kept going back to “perfect it” and it sure didn’t turn out perfect. I went in for a light trim of about 1/2 an inch. She took off 2 inches and now my hair looks like a side parted bowl cut. Absolutely astonished at how bad my hair looks. I’ll never be going back to this location. Shout have dealt with the wait at the Hamilton Marketplace location. I at least would have a haircut I liked…

Absolutely terrible. The hairdresser completely ignored every request and did what she wanted. She cut my hair uneven then when asked how I would like my beard I told her I don’t wanna lose any length and she repeated what said then immediately proceeded to cut of My entire beard of the right side of my face. She was showing tale tell signs of meth use. She butchered my hair.

I got horrible service. I went for haircut and the hair dresser asked me to sit on a seat where previous customer was sitting . She didn’t clean the seat let alone the floor. Seat was covered with hair and then she put same used cover on me. She didn’t dry my hair even a little bit or asked me as a courtesy if I am ok or need a to dry my hair. Run away from here. Promotion seems very attractive but it’s not worth it with awful service.
