I have been going to great clips for a while now and I would just like to say this is my worst experience in a great clips salon. The workers are disrespectful and have bad service. My daughter was very excited to get her haircut they made us wait 45 minutes before closing even though they had promised us for our haircut at this salon. The lady who told us to wait was very rude and said she couldn’t do a simple fade in conclusion the workers have no ethics and experience with customers. If I could I would give them no stars.

I only go to Daniela. She gives me the haircut used to pay $45 to get at a salon. Jill is also good. As long as you check in you’re good. The wait as a walk in could easily be 90 mins.

I’ve gone here a few times over the years, and every time they find a new way to mess up my hair. If I could rate lower, I would. Staff is nice, but not to your hair. 10/10 would not recommend.
