Took my 10 year old daughter in to get her usual basic haircut and walked out with a layered boy’s bowl cut from the 70’/80’s. The individual who cut her hair clearly did not appear to know what they were doing and gave us the opposite of what we had asked for. I’m heart broken because my daughter’s hair was down to the middle of her back, we asked for a cute blunt bob a little longer than her chin and now her hair is nearly nose length and layered! I have brought my daughter here for years because it’s inexpensive and we have never had a problem. The only explanation I have for what happened is, either the woman had no training whatsoever or had come to work under the influence of something. I won’t be taking the risk to go back here ever again. How did this person get hired???

If I have a chance, I will rate this place with minus 5 stars. If you need a haircut for 5 minutes after which you have to buy a hair clipper and cut your hair with #0 this is your place (that’s what I did after my visit at this place). If you want red scars on your neck, this is your place. Haircut

Hair cut was fine, however, I was forced to provide my name and address prior to getting a haircut because “we are in a pandemic”. I asked for clarification and the staff said that if one of the staff members gets sick the CDC would need to contact me. They already had my phone number, so this doesn’t make sense. Mind you, this is March of 2022, all of the customers and at least one of the staff wasn’t wearing a mask.

Experience here was absolutely horrendous and the stylist butchered a simple, straight across cut. Victoria, stylist with long dreads, had literally no idea what she was doing. I was shocked as to how she even got hired in the first place. Never, ever again. She did not listen to a word I said, even when I told her to stop cutting. Seemed like she was under the influence of something. Needs to be addressed…

Everyone was nice, however this was honestly the worst haircut I ever got. My hair was cut unevenly, and the hair dresser cut my hair without properly parting it evenly.
