I must say, my dad usually doesn’t mention when he has a great experience somewhere unless it’s REALLY FANTASTIC. He took my uncle who clearly has issues and could intimidating to many. Their check-in process is stupid. You can check in online, great. But it tells you to come. Then you get there and 5-6 people can be virtually in front of you. Literally was about to be taken and all 3-4 virtually in front walk in. Moving me to 5…after being there for 10 minutes because the app said come on in. Short wait. Seriously debating not coming anymore to any Great clips and I’ve gone for 10 years.

Checked in online and it said 16 minutes. I got there in time and waited for about 15 minutes. I was 2nd of 3 people checked in. The first person did not show up and when an available seat was ready they skipped me and chose the guy 3rd on the list who did not check in online.
