Ignored by employee when I went to the enter but door was locked before 4pm on 9/3/22 . The app said closing at 4:30 with zero minutes wait time so I just drove there expecting the info from app to be correct . I dont care to here,”we dont have enough employees” because there was employees working at the time with nobody in waiting room. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Critical: QualityWorst haircut of my life! I had a simple request and that was to leave length in my receding hairline area on both sides and she jacked up the left so bad n it’s so obvious I have a receding hairline now, when it wasn’t noticeable ever before with the way I wear my hair. I also told her to just trim my hair n she didn’t she jacked it all up with probably 20 different lengths. Simple requests aren’t that simple there. I even called the lady out right away n she realized what she did and told me to part my hair the other way and I wanted to say f&c% you and walk out but I’m a polite person so I tipped her n said to myself I’ll never come back here. Due to the pandemic I could not get the serves I wanted. My rating doesn’t reflect my review. But I felt rushed I wanted my hair cut shorter but they just kept telling me what I wanted and kept praising the length of my hair and she only took off an inch maybe when I asked for at least 5 inches shorter. I told her my hair is to long to keep up with and grows so fast I need a decent cut. I paid 18 dollars And with my bare minimum trim I was rushed into the chair and out I cant really tell length wise it was cut but the layers she cut do not lay right. I was recommended this place and unfortunately I will not be back.

My first time at this salon, Jordyn was absolutely wonderful and listened to all of my requests! She really took her time to make sure my hair was cut evenly and that I loved it before I left.
