My son got a hair cut today, despite his objections. The women who cut his hair was friendly and really tried to get through his teenager wall he has built. The app makes it so nice to check in ahead of time. You don’t even have to wait there. We typically walk around a nearby store before , while we wait.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWow, I have a lot to say. First off, I’m extremely dissapointed with my hair. I came in and asked for my bangs to be trimmed, add some more layers to my hair and just take an inch off. Simple and easy hair cut. Well clearly not to this Great Clips. The lady who did my hair cut my bangs way to short, in fact I look like Oliver Tree now. I wish I could add an image, but my bangs were uneven. On the right side there was a random uneven long piece. I also asked for layers, and I kinda got these face framing layers that framed my face by being shorter but I discovered in one of these layers a random long strand of hair. I had to cut that off myself, same with the piece on my bangs. The service took only around 2 minutes, which sounds nice but really isn’t considering she put little to no effort in cutting my hair. In fact she didn’t even wet my hair, she just cut it completely dry. The whole time she kept loudly and obnoxiously smacking her gum too. I have nearly cried over my hair as well. According to my friends it looks like someone dumped spaghetti on my head, I look like Little Lad from the Starburst commercial and that I look like Vector from Despicable Me. Also I forgot to mention that on the left side of my bangs she totally forgot to cut a section of bangs, which I also had to cut by myself. For a Sunday hair cut is was a pretty good experience I didnt know this location had online checkin but the very nice women there put us on the list, it was a long wait about 80mins but it goes by fast if you have some shopping to do plenty of stores or food places to go to make the time pass and the checkin list texts you when your due to come back.

Absolutely love coming here. The price is great, everyone who works here is super nice, and they truly listen to what you want. Came here after a not-so-great experience elsewhere, and here they’re my hair gurus! Tory cut my hair the two times I visited and she does an amazing job. Will definitely be coming back again and again. They give good recommendations on products and styling, and they work with you to give you your vision while making the best suggestions. Highly recommend!!

They really need to change the stylists. They are unprofessional and don’t do good job. This is second time I really had bad experience with the ladies. Her name is Michelle. She doesn’t really pay attention to what customers say. She cut my hair very on to the top when I said short on sides.

I was really hesitant to randomly go to just any random place to get my hair trimmed but I’m really glad I rolled the dice here! I only wanted a trim to continue growing my hair out and was not disappointed by my stylist Brittany. I was super nervous because most people get scissor happy-not the case here!! She was super sweet and very personable to top it all off. This spot gets A+ from me and I’m not an easy person to impress.

Horrible customer service experience. Christine was very disrespectful and had no patience or time for questions or any thing I said. I asked to show a coupon on my phone and she shut me down immediately. She gave me attitude and would not let me speak. No where on a website or in the store does it say u can’t show a coupon in the store. Even if that rule is in place there is no need for attitude or disrespect toward a customer. It’s not necessary. My whole family went to great clips. We will never be back there again due to the amount of disrespect. We waited 95 minutes for a haircut and CHRISTINE said “it was not my fault that everyone waits till last minute to get a haircut and then u wanna use a fake coupon.” Why should I goto a hair cutter that insults a customer? When my brother was done ( he was timed in the chair for 5 minutes according to Great Clips) , he wasn’t sure if he liked it and she said “I need to know now. I need to know now. People are waiting.” Horrible horrible horrible service. Someone who acts like that should not have a customer service job. The manager was contacted and we were told we’d get a call back to have the matter resolved. We never received a call. They give low grade half ass haircuts.
