Check in app is great. It said I had 50 minutes until check in. I ran a few errands and the timer jumped down to 20 minutes within 20 minutes so I headed to the salon and when I got there it was time to check in. I had to wait only 5 minutes and it was my turn. The hair stylist was nice and did a great job

I wish I could give this place zero stars!!!!! I sat for 40+ minutes without being attended while everyone around me who walked in after me got their hair cut. No estimate of how long it would take or anything and people just kept walking in. Some had appointments, I get that, but others didn’t which was extremely frustrating. I should have gone to the one in Woodstown. I ended up just leaving because it wasn’t worth sitting that long for a 10 minute trim.

Did online check in and got there about 40 mins prior to my online check in time. Was waiting for my 15 mins until appointment text when I realized I had been sitting there for an hr. Waited a little more and people were hovering outside because there was no room inside. Decided to leave and go home. It is now 3 hrs since I did online check in and still never recieved my 15 min text.
