Critical: ValueI had a coupon that i wanted to use. I called and make sure that coupon doesn’t have there location listed but she said as long as it has code we will take the coupon. I got to the place also made sure that will they take the coupon and she said yes. When the haircut was done and i was ready to pay she said computer is not taking that coupon and i ended up paying full price. I was really mad. Critical: QualityI drove 30 minutes to get my hair cut after checking in with their online system to find out that their online system was down and had to sit in their parking lot for 3..YES, 3 hours which as an adult with a family and job, was not possible.I even tried calling previous, but no one would answer their phone, which led me to sign online as the message said.If your online system is down, it should not be listed on your app as functional and your answering machine should say that versus wasting 1hr+ of my time. Worst haircut I have ever had from there. Old staff is gone and the stylist talked the whole time about herself and her personal problems. Along with barely cutting my hair, and the constant talking, I will never go back. I have been a customer there for 10+yrs. Sad.
