On 9/2 today, I was in the shop getting my haircut and a customer had a misunderstanding about the online check in and thought she and her son had to be taken right away is from what I got from the conversation, and Christina the manager told her very professionally that it’s basically not how it works and the customer wasn’t having it. I think the lady was way out of line and Christina handled it very professionally.

I can’t recommend this location. I went in for a haircut. I showed the “stylist” a picture. She looked once and that’s it. She chopped my hair. I asked her to clean up the back and she left it, so with the short front, it looks like a mullet! I had to go to another salon to get it fixed! She was unpleasant and kind of rude. A disappointing experience for sure.

Checked in online like I usually do, showed up on time for my haircut only to be told they only take appointments. I asked the lady why they let me check in online if they aren’t going provide any service. She snarkily says “that’s not my fault you used the app to check in”. This location has gone downhill real quick, rude staff and very odd hours with the store closing at 4:30PM daily. Suffice to say I go elsewhere now
