My service was not so great to say the least. I went into Great Clips with a 0 minute wait time. I thought to myself what could go wrong. I went in to get a wash and cut. Nothing too complicated. I was sat in the chair with the cover around me, and I said to my stylist I wanted a wash. She proceed to tell me they don’t do washes. I’ve never heard of such a thing. As I then was forced to continue on with my cut, the stylist made me brush my own hair and continued to tell me the amount of knots in my hair. I do have curly/kinky hair but it wasn’t as bad as she was making it out to be. After I got only a half inch to an inch cut off, she proceed to tell me that I’ve been cutting my hair just as good as anyone else in the salon. I won’t be back, considering I wasted $20 for a 5 minute experience I could have just done at home myself.

She did NOT listen to how my son wanted his hair. I showed her the picture on the wall, a nice short cut with some length on top. My husband also told her long on top short on sides. I turned around to check on my younger child and she had shaved right down the middle of the top of his head with the buzzer… and in the flash of an eye…. a full buzz cut. NOT at all what any of us requested and too late to fix…. my autistic son who hates crew cuts, now has to wait for all his hair to grow back!!! Not happy at all!!
