Critical: ValueI brought my 8 year old daughter to get a haircut. I called beforehand to ask if they do wash/cut/blow dry. I was told that they do, “ but it’s a little bit more as the wash is $5”. My daughter did get the wash/cut/blow dry . I checked the itemized board and calculated it would be $22- $17 for a child’s cut and $5 for the wash. When I was checked out, the hairdresser told me I owed $62! When my eyes popped out of my head, she said that the blow dry is $40! This is no where on the itemized board. Critical: ProfessionalismThis place is terrible. They don’t know how to cut hair. They messed my beard up and my hair. Nothing is even, they lined my beard up way way too low. I did not like the way the person cut my hair she didn’t Finished it all the way, and my dad had to tell her to fix it so she did but didn’t do that much to fix it. All she had to do was to cut around the sides but that’s all not the top it should’ve been that easy but she did a terrible job. But everyone els was nice

This place is absolutely terrible. It deserves a zero star. Today was my 3rd time trying due to being up the road from me. I will never go back. I literally had to walk the young ladies who seem to have no experience what so ever through each step of cutting my hair. They completely missed my side burns, didn’t shape up the outline of my head, and didn’t even blow off the excess hair off my face after the painful experience was over. Find experienced workers if your going to charge $17 for a cut.

Always had a consistently good experience here. Staff is great, online check-in is super convenient, and it’s nice that they keep a record of clipper numbers and styling directions for each client. It’s great to not have to explain how you get your hair done every time you go in.
