Had moved away from my regular salon/stylist several months ago and while visiting family it was decided I seriously needed a haircut. Used the Great Clips app to make my appointment, arrived with 15 minutes remaining on my arrival time. Requested Thron to cut my hair as family members highly recommended him. What a super job he did. I have wavy short hair and he cut it as requested – no bangs around my eyes, cut around ears for visibility, length in the back just below my scalp line and layered all around. Got a sassy do!!! Worst experience for haircut, have been to this location few time before and the experience was so nice, but the lady today was just in so much rush and now I am going to look like pigeons nest. People who don’t want to work shouldn’t work and ruin other peoples experience. It literally took them 2 minutes to cut my hair and anything I ask for, the response is “Are you sure you want to do that?”. If someone gonna scare me like that for my hair ofc I’m gonna say no. I would rather cut my hair by myself. Such a disappointment.
