Great Customer service. I had walked-in with my daddy and brother around 7:30 PM and stylist could accommodate haircut for all three of us inspire her closing time. The reason for my review is not to encourage people walking-in just before closure like we did, but the customer service the stylist had provided us after letting them know that we’ll needed haircut badly and we would be fine if at least my brother gets one. But the stylists were gracious enough to accommodate their schedules and stay late for us!!! Thank you Great Clips- Cherry Hill!!! You have great staff!!!

Critical: ValueGot my hair cut at this location on Saturday July 11 2020 and cut a decent amount off (5 inches). I was very excited. I have wavy/curly hair so the next day I wanted to straighten it to see how it would look. Once straightened I could see how the stylist butchered my hair. Its very uneven and choppy. Literally the worst haircut i have ever gotten in my entire life. I don’t know what the woman’s name was, but didn’t listen to anything i said and smelled of cigarettes and wasn’t friendly. I will never go here again and I’ll tell everyone i meet never to go here. I wish i could give this place negative stars. I never post bad reviews on places but this was unreal.

Terrible got a hair cut today Tuesday April 26 2022 and the stylist did not listen to me when I told her what to do with my hair. I told her not touch the little bit of facial hair I have on my face cause I’m a trans man and I don’t grow much. Did not listen and took the clippers to my face and then told me it’s fine because it’s still there. No it’s not fine I told you not to touch my face and you did anyways. She didn’t cut my hair the way I wanted either. To any great clips I’ve been to I’ve never had my hair cut like how she cut my hair. She left a big chunk of hair on the side of my head and gave me a bowl cut which I didn’t ask for nor did I want. Now I’m gonna have to go to a different place to get it fixed cause it is not how I wanted it. If you want your hair done right don’t get it here cause the one stylist Maria doesn’t know how to cut hair.
