I have been using this location since 2012. After trying several stylists and being unsatisfied, I began working with Brittany. She always does a great job, is friendly and courteous, and makes me feel welcome. I always check in online in advance of the time I plan to arrive, and always wait for her if she is busy upon arrival. I have never waited more than 15 minutes when using the app to register. As I have been using the Chester location for more than 10 years, I have seen many of the stylists come and go. There was a period when Brittany was no longer working in Chester, and I switched salons looking for someone who did as nice a job as her. I’m glad she is back, and now bring my 2 year old son to her as well. Brittany is an asset to the salon and customers, and provides excellent service at this convenient location.

Everyone is really great they work long hours and are always happy and do a great job. In reference to the comment about someone being turned away around 6:20, I was there- and this is because they close at 6 and were finishing up customers that had signed in before closing. I’ve gone many times and have never had a bad experience.

For faster and best experience… use the app! We typically go to the one in Wharton (next to Costco)… but tried this place near our home. Great experience! Friendly reception and hairstylist. Genie is great! Genie cut my hair to my liking! Vula cut my wife’s hair. Anyway, back to Genie…Very good conversation – friendly too! I now have two places I can count on for awesome haircut! Great clips in Wharton and Chester! Thanks you staff and management! Note: I have only known of this Chester place from the Hairstylist (while getting a haircut from Wharton)… they are actually from Chester “helping” out their Wharton location. Awesome team and teamwork! Thank you again!

Critical: QualityI went in so my 7yr old could have a simple trim and her hair is uneven by a half inch on each side. It was a simple straight cut and completely uneven. My mistake for not checking before I walked out and trying to find a quick place for an easy trim. Not even going to try and have them fix it.

Critical: ValueI am posting this review for my neighbor who went to this facility this past week, Wednesday August 19 at 2:30. After waiting for 30 minutes (after checking in) she was brought back and the operator proceeded to cut her hair without washing it. Once she cut her hair she unsnapped her cape and said they were done. This customer proceeded to walk towards the wash basins thinking the cut may come before the wash and styling this time. She had been here several times and always had a cut, wash and styling with blow dry. The appointment was made with her regular stylist who knew the expectation.It was explained to her after the fact that because of the “covid situation” washing and blow drying could not be done.Now this is NOT SOP everywhere as I am aware of (and go myself) to many facilities who will wash and blow dry hair.And BTW— price was NOT reduced at all.If they choose to do their business like this that’s their perfect right to do so, but this was NEVER stated ahead of time. This should be explained to each and every person upon booking an appointment.Please be aware.
