Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment scheduled with my name on the top of list however upon my arrival the door was shut and the staff refused to open to door even to explain why they would not be serving me. Very frustrating as I stood at the door for 10 minutes waiting for some sort of explanation when obviously they were not interested. At the very least the staff could have opened the door apologized rather than shooing a customer away behind a glass door after all I’m a customer.
