Horrible attitude of one “lady” in there. My son showed me a pic of the cut he wanted. I saved it to show the stylist. I showed her and she was rolling her eyes at me and said he is old enough to tell me what he wants for his hair and to go sit down. Unbelievable. If her personality and attitude was a food it would be a tough old piece of jerky ir a prickly pair. Wow, can’t believe the attitude of some people towards strangers they just met who they hope to retain as future customers. Maybe just ignorance, I don’t know but won’t be back. Don’t expect that attitude after sitting patiently waiting for an hour and 40 minutes for a haircut. It was so embarrassing in front of other people. I was paying her to cut my sons hair not to berate me in front of people.

Not my first time to the Succasunna location. My experience this time: their app is a good feature that helps the customer gauge when to arrive at the location so they’re not sitting and waiting too long. When you arrive, your name is already on the list of customers. Today they have Friendly and experienced staff, a short waiting list, and the location is very clean. I recommended them to someone afterward.

I registered on line and it’s over an hour waiting time than when the hour Al must up I walk in the store and I still have to wait not the many customers and the employees witch only to workers don’t get it , l book my self on line and yet I still have to wait in store at least half hour.

I literally sat there almost 2 hours waiting for this person who usually cuts my hair and and gets a $10 tip each time I did check in online the time said 70 minutes I went there but not before going to the Post Office so I know the wait was only 60 minutes…. You might be required to wear a mask but I am not I have to go to work and stuff I don’t have time for nonsense. You just lost a couple good customers.
