I brought my very picky 15 year old daughter in for a haircut, she is never happy with the way she gets her hair cut but she absolutely loved her haircut!! The stylist name was Jenn and she was wonderful! Super sweet and knew exactly how to cut my daughter’s hair the way she wanted! Haircut

I just had my hair washed and blown out and not only am I very dissatisfied with the result my stylist Keng made me very uncomfortable. He said he would “do me a favor “ by taking $20 off the service and as soon as the other stylist left to get her charger he said that because he’s taking care of me by taking $20 off he’s expecting at least a $15 tip. I was already planning on taking care of him since I did think it was nice of him to give me a discount but him flat out telling me how much to tip made me very uncomfortable. And it didn’t stop there, when it was time to input the tip he looked over at the card machine to see how much I was tipping. Very uncomfortable experience. I don’t know if I’ll be back again.

Super unhappy! The lady was really rough with the clipper! My little boys hair looks very uneven even though he was really good throughout the whole time! I had to ask her to finish to top of his hair because it loomed like he had cut his own hair! Will not come back forSure! Kids’ cuts
