Great Clips in Howell awesome. There is one stylist that always does my sons hair. I wish I could throw her a shout out but can’t remember her name. She is awesome with 4 and 7 year olds. She’s got the patience of a saint!

Took my 5 year old son there for a haircut. Take this for what it’s worth since it’s the first time we’ve been there. Easily the worst haircut my son has ever gotten. I might as well have done it myself. Whoever did it couldn’t handle a very simple fade and I had to point out half a dozen spots she missed horribly. I’ve had to clean up even more missed hairs when we got home.

I went on a Monday afternoon and after checking in I was told they were short staffed (on the way there I used the app to check in as well). This seemed to be a signal that I should not wait and that I should come back on another day; I mentioned that I was hoping to catch another employee who made the back shorter for me the previous time I was in.

I went there today after checking in online. I was told that I have never been there before, when I said that I have been coming there from the day they opened I was told what matters is what the computer says. I could live with that, but the atmosphere was so tense. I tried talking to the 3 stylists that were very busy on their phones, to let them know I was leaving, so after being ignored I walked out. I am sad to say I believe this is going to be how customers are treated now and in the future here and everywhere. I have been going to this place since it opened, Guess it’s time to find another place. A lot can change in a very short time.

Use the app for appointment or be prepared for 30 min wait atleast. Small ship not a lot of waiting area. Hair products are OK not the best. Hair stylist are good for men. They are quick and professional. Don’t know rest room situation. Parking availability is not good.

My wife needed a cut, had no appointment, we had to wait 45 minutes and it was worth it. Holly ( I think that was her name) did a marvelous job. I recommend Great Clips!

i don’t know what it is but when i say cut a certain length they always cut like 3 inches more than you want and it is annoying because how is your job to cut hair but you can’t listen to a customer when they say cut this much. it’s ridiculous and i gave this place one more shot but after 10 years i’m never coming back again. I don’t recommend this place if you have longer hair as a boy because they can’t handle it

Clean, chairs spaced away from each other and stylists wire masks. Customers had the option to wear one or not. Limited amount of stylists. Only two were working when I went plus an associate. Had to wait awhile after checking in but I’m okay with that. My stylist was very nice and did a great job. Wish I had gotten her name.
