Rude and they pay no attention to the queue in the app or the order in which you check in. Don’t even bother using the app in this location bc they just take whoever they feel like. Pay a little extra and go to a barber that takes their time and appreciates their customers.

Used to go there for many years. Because of my busy life it was my to go place whenever I could spare a few minutes for a haircut. Really never got the cut I wanted, but for the money it was ok. One morning I stopped there and found it not too busy, so I waited my turn, until woman stormed in saying she got a cut there, but now she wanted a different style, and she been coming there for years and she was a great customer. By then there were quite a few people waiting. Thinking I was next, they told me that they were taking her first and then they would get to me. They even skipped someone who had a appointment. Not good business practice. I guess you get what you pay for, or they think that because you are a senior you have nothing but time.
