081022 Stylist Jacob, pulled up my history I sat down but he refused to trim my beard. Cut the hair, never said anything about the beard until the end. I would have refused, returned another day. Past 4 visits I’ve had my beard trimmed w my Hair Cut.

My local Supercuts closed since the major flood last year. This Great Clips location is a good alternative and was even better in that they save your last haircut info in their system so you don’t need to re-explain it to the next stylist. The staff are very friendly and professional. There is also a check in monitor screen to ensure no one is forgotten or jumps the line.
