This place is terrible..absolutely terrible. Everyone has an atitude problem. The manager Angelica is the worst, explains why everyone is extremely rude here, very unpleasnt person to work with. 2 x I got there at 5:25 and was turned away (close at 6). One time there was another guy walking in and no other customers in the salon or in the chairs. The other time there was nobody there but the person closing the salon wanted to leave (5:25). Maybe they should change the hours to close at 5:30. I would be understanding if there were people there but no customers were there. There is one guy there that does a great haircut but it is hit or miss otherwise. My wife had to fix my hair when I got home. Same with the rest of my family. My family will not use this salon anymore and it is a shame because it is close to us.

All she cared about was the buzzer size. How am I supposed to remember that. I told her your the stylist and use your judgement. It’s like the stylist can’t function without numbers for buzzer. As she finished I said let me bring my other son, all she wanted was for me to pay her immediately and tip her. I told her I will tip for everyone and just let me get my other kid. She kept arguing continuously. Such a bad experience. Please learn to cut hair, be confident in your decision and chill out. I like Great Clips. I am not too picky about my haircuts, but I have never been disappointed. The price is reasonable. They offer discounts in the form of a prepaid card, usually in November or early December – then it is an even better deal! I also like the online sign up and how they tell you the estimated wait time – I find it to be accurate overall.

The staff is really friendly here. I usually walk in, although they let me know that you can check in online as well. They keep a record of your cut in their system, so if you end up liking something they’ve done you don’t need to worry about memorizing the buzzer sizes/etc. Very convenient!

If you have checked in before you go then you are fine else Go to some other Barber shop. As you will wait for your turn and people who have checked in online will come and get their hair cut and you will still wait and wait and wait………So please find better option go to local barbers they respect your time….I just waited for 40 – 45 mnts and more then 5 peoples came after me and then i left without haircut as i know i am not the priority for them…….I won’t face this place in my life for sure….
