First the good part- location, haircut quality and price. The not so good part- behavior/overall experience. Doesn’t like being told to use scissors for hair near ear. Reply was don’t behave like 5 yr old child. Excuse me!! I just experienced sensitivity on right ear with your hands plus you don’t talk like that to customers.(am 40+ Guy). I don’t know what’s wrong- either they were trying to be over friendly or rude but your choice of words suck & am taking my future business to other store. Have a good day!

At this rate, they should just shut the shop. Walked in only to be told they won’t entertain anyone without an online booking. No one was in the store waiting, they could have just cut my hair but the associate further went on to tell me she didn’t have her lunch and they were busy.

Why people are trashing this business I will never know. If there’s anything they can use, it’s maybe a person to take calls or an assistant to help with sweeping because more or less , people saying these wonderful women are rude and all that couldn’t be further from the truth because they’re busy enough as it is, so to have to deal with anything like sweeping up or answeing the phone when they gave haircut after haircut, anyone leaving bad comments should be ashamed. And my hair cutter Stephen is the best. Very Meticulous and I never have to ask her to straighten out a line or or do anything else because by the time she’s done I got a haircut that I came in looking for. I hope she’s my stylist for life. She’s THAT good!

Hair cuts are ok, wait time can be long, but they acknowledge that finding staff is difficult these days. 1 star for rude current staff. Kavita openly made rude comments about another staff member who wasn’t there at the time. Her haircuts might be ok, but other than that, she’s not a good person.

Total waste of money, i would like to 0 star but i don’t have choice, i paid 17$+ tip but i can’t get satisfaction of my hair cut, Hair level is up and down, just use machine and scissors and try to finish in 10 min to take another customer, My previous Barber was taking 20 to 25 min but perfection level is 100 %, Great clips needs to take action against unethical practice , if your customers are not happy then be ready with big lock on your doors.

Came here to get a haircuts, sat down and the lady spent less than 10 minutes cutting my hair. Left it extremely chopping and looking unprofessional, asked the have the fading between the side and top blended but was told if would”Just grow back in a few days anyways”. Left very unhappy.

Very bad customer service. Came in, had to wait 15 min to be checked in. When it was finally my turn, I asked for a beard trim and they said they dont offer it….even though their pricing board clearly has that option available. There was no posted sign, no notice to say otherwise. Complete waste of time. Lady was rude and lazy also.
