Older woman was cutting hair and checking people I sat and waited 15-20 more minutes until she spoke to me after I walked in. I asked if she was here alone, and she said, “no but it feels like I am” I got checked in and after another 20 minutes I said I’d leave because I didn’t have time to sit for the cut, at which point she goes to the back room and attempts to get the locations “staff manager” to come and do her job. Strange for someone to have almost an hour long break at 4pm. She refused to cut my hair and proceeded to make the older woman on the crew do all the checking in.

Critical: ProfessionalismBeen a customer for years and received a discount haircut coupon via my email that was valid for an additional week. When I went to pay the manager said the discount coupon was not valid for the location. I indicated where is this listed on the coupon. Was told if not in there computer it is not valid for them. I indicated you want to loose a customer over such a minor issue. The response was my owner will not allow it. Glad there are other places to get a haircut in the area. They lost a 6 year customer. I didn’t get such a great haircut here. It was uneven, and a bit choppy. I’m sure the stylist was doing the best of her ability at the time, so I don’t hold it against her, but she kept pulling my hair out by doing something with the scissors .
