I sent my daughter to trim and blowdry her hair and it’s horrible. I can’t find another word just horrible. The cut is uneven and the hair is looking frizzy. When you go to a hair salon you supposed to have a non frizzy hair. And it was ridiculous how much they charged. Ridiculous Blowdry, Haircut

Disgusted with the service I received today from Evette. As my previous reviews mentioned, I love this place and always come to this shop for my son’s haircut’s. Today, first time having this women Evette…. It was already an unwelcoming entrance, (normally they greet you) along with a obvious displeasure of having to deal with a small child. She was extremely rude, As I was sitting down with my two year old, so she can cut his hair, (as they always let me) she was already annoyed (as it seemed) that I was sitting with my son. She rudely asked, “what kind of haircut” I said, “the same I always get when we’re here, A low 3 and 4” she replies, “no we don’t do those” I tell her, “check the computer it should be there” she goes to check the system and prints it out and says “oh okay well I’m not sure about this haircut” I wasn’t sure what she meant about that statement. I just know that it was done by two extremely nice women that work there. So she goes to grab the clippers and turns it on. My son fusses and she says, “nope I’m not doing it, I’m not dealing with a kid like that” I was embarrassed, the store was full of people… I was angry, I was upset!! The younger me, back when I was an arrogant know it all rude person, I wanted to come out of my mouth and tell her about herself. But I didn’t… I got up and left. I’m so disappointed because I once loved this place. After this moment… I now have to find a new place to cut my son’s hair.which sucks Because the women who cut my son’s hair made this establishment seem like the best. It really really sucks losing such a good business and now having to find a new place that my son will like as much as he loved the two other women who cut his hair.

Went here for a cut before I left for vacation. They had all my haircut I for on a little print out, #2 on the side and scissors on top. She sat me down asked what I wanted to get, I told her #2 on sides and scissors on top, and then she proceeds to look at the slip to confirm this is what I usually get. The hairdresser then sets up the clippers and immediately turns and cuts straight down the middle of my head with a #2. It was the worst haircut I’ve ever received and I will never return. Safe to say I wore a hat all vacation and it took almost 4 months to grow all my hair back to the length I have it.

Used to be a great place to get haircuts for a cheap fair price. Now not so much! They’ve butchered my hair the past three times I’ve gone and I’m done with it. The cuts were super rushed with little care taken into it, and not to mention the price spike. Basically charge as much as a regular barber now. Not really worth it to go here, least in my eyes.

I got there and she said there is one person ahead of me. While standing outside in the freezing cold, 2 people went ahead of me. I then left. 30 minutes later they called me to come in.
