We will never go back here. They completely butchered my son’s and husband’s hair! Absolutely the worst cuts ever. My husband wouldn’t even let me take pictures, it was so bad!

I went in and saw Amanda. Amanda is absolutely awesome! She listened to everything I said she gave me feedback that was excellent and she cut my hair in exactly the style I wanted it! No fuss no muss if you go to Great clips in Wallingford ask for Amanda she’s the best! I haven’t had my haircut by anyone in a year and normally only let my daughter do it but Amanda was suggested to me and I trusted her and she did an amazing job! I will definitely be going back to Amanda over and over and over again!!!!!!

Luckily we could sneak in for a last minute walk in appointment! My sons head went from Helmet hair to a nice fade and well trimmed “curlyness” if that’s even a word lol…we’ll be back again! Liked them much better than the place thats basically across the street on Ives Road !

I will never go to Great Clips again! I had the worst experience with the hairstylist; she was rude, pushy, and had a very snotty attitude! When I asked why she was getting an attitude with me she responded by taking the apron off and telling me to get out! I did nothing to provoke this except to ask how she was going to cut the hair on the sides of my head. I have never been more insulted by someone potentially going to take my money for a service, it was totally uncalled for and she was out of line! The service is awful at that place and to be honest, they really don’t know what they’re doing

Rude and disrespectful. I didn’t mind it was late in the day and they couldn’t fit us in. I get that. However, the total ‘you’re bothering us’ tone was unprofessional and disrespectful.
