Every single experience I’ve had with great cuts was good except for one bad experience. Every haircut I’ve gotten there was painless and that is what It should be but that changed when it seemed like this staff was trying to cut my hair as fast as she could. This resulted in a painful experience. And I get the same thing every time yet this time they cut it noticeably shorter. Either then that I love getting my hair cut there.

I have been coming to Great Clips for years usually the one in Cheshire with my kids. I just moved to the area and came into the store without checking in online. The first girl that greeted me was very polite and welcoming then another woman with red hair ended up taking me. The haircut was alright, could’ve been better, but her manner of speaking was a bit condescending and it made me uncomfortable. Although the price is great, I probably will not be coming back here. The service industry isn’t what it used to be!

They did such an excellent job with my son’s hair. The hair dresser was so kind to him, making conversation with him. She got it done quickly, and they have stickers and lollipops for kids when they’re done. Glad we went there!
