Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI brought my daughter and son in today. There were two stylists and over an 80 minute wait. We checked in online and had to wait about 10 minutes. The poor women working were being yelled at by another customer because he had to wait and they were still professional and courteous. I wanted to write this review because THEY ARE TRYING! I brought my daughter and son in today. There were two stylists and over an 80 minute wait. We checked in online and had to wait about 10 minutes. The poor women working were being yelled at by another customer because he had to wait and they were still professional and courteous. I wanted to write this review because THEY ARE TRYING! The entire world is short staffed because of the pandemic especially hair salons… I’m grateful they came to work today, and both of my babies left happy with a great haircut.

I like that you can check in online, so I’ve never really had to wait and was always greeted and taken right away. This will always be my go to place for haircuts!Service: Haircut

Critical: ProfessionalismI dont usually go to this location but decided to as the wait time was short so I checked in online.. Arrived around 5:15 and there was a note on the door saying they were closed at 5pm today. There was someone in there but the door was locked I called to check and they were indeed closed. The woman apologized profusely and explained that they were short handed and she was there all day and was told she could leave.However, I would expect that the people in charge would have done something to stop the check ins to prevent this from happening .I dont usually go to this location but decided to as the wait time was short so I checked in online.. I dont usually go to this location but decided to as the wait time was short so I checked in online.. Arrived around 5:15 and there was a note on the door saying they were closed at 5pm today. There was someone in there but the door was locked I called to check and they were indeed closed. The woman apologized profusely and explained that they were short handed and she was there all day and was told she could leave.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFinding a reliable, affordable and good local barber/hair salon isn’t easy. GREAT CLIPS in Cheshire is a treasure. Just had a great haircut by Juliana there. She was pleasant, professional, cut it the way I wanted it and paid attention to little details like my sideburns. I’ve paid $65 for haircuts before and Juliana’s was better. Could not be more pleased!! Making an appointment was super easy and the team there is very careful about maintaining safety and infection protocols wiping everything down after every use. Please support this business. Finding a reliable, affordable and good local barber/hair salon isn’t easy. GREAT CLIPS in Cheshire is a treasure. Just had a great haircut by Juliana there. She was pleasant, professional, cut it the way I wanted it and paid attention to little details like my sideburns. I’ve paid $65 for haircuts before and Juliana’s was better.
