I was a walk-in here, not expecting much to begin with, because I only wanted a simple trim. While the service was friendly and fast, the hairdresser assisting me (black colored pixie cut with purple in it) did not do a good job :/ she seemed rushed & was completely done in about 15 minutes.. Later at home is when I saw the back of my hair and it’s soo uneven. Take your time and money and spend it a little wiser and go elsewhere lol.

We have been going here for the past year and a half for the kids haircuts. My son is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum. I have never encountered a problem there with the staff. Everyone has always been really courteous and patient.

they were very nice and cut hair quickly, but we called ahead asking for a wait time and they said there was none then 10 mins later when we arrived had to wait almost half an hour. nice staff just would have liked to know there was such a big wait

Horrible. I checked in online and a text back said ready for our appt. Showed up, woman said they’d be ready in 5 min. Waited an hour. No one came to say anything, asked a hairdresser who responded with a solemnly who cares attitude. Will never return to this place.Do NOT recommend.

Some hair dressers are better than others at this location. Wish I could request a person specifically, but as this Salon is designed to be “Walk in” style and never appointments, sadly I am assuming that is not possible and you will never know who you are going to get. I’m not good at planning to set up when my next haircut should be, and so I only return because I just get my hair done when I feel like it.

They cut my hair, which is all I needed. Spritzed, didn’t shampoo. The online check in is kind of a pain when there’s no wait time. Also confusion at the register when they asked for my address – I was getting a trim while visiting family, and I still don’t know which address they wanted or why.
