I brought in my two children who has special needs and have a hard time with haircuts. I wasn’t sure what to expect but these ladies were amazing. They were incredibly patient and extremely accommodating to all their sensory needs. They were so sweet and the haircuts came out great. Had hairstylist bri, showed her what i wanted and she cut my hair so short! Didnt follow my jawline and now i have to wait for it to grow out for two months. Ive been there before and didnt have this issue. She was rushed and i get that but like if you cant take time with your clients then dont cut hair. Going somewhere else next time

My son and I we had an aweful experience here with this stylist called Bri or Bre , anyway the one with piercings all over her face. She did not have patience for my three 3 year old nor to cut hair period. I even show her a picture of what I wanted to look like, but she just couldn’t do it or more specific didn’t have the patience to do it. What she did looked nothing like the picture. This is for me someone who has no talent to cut hair at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL SPECIALLY FOR KIDS

The online waiting list informs me when I’m up so I don’t sit there waiting. The stylists there are kind, pleasant and talented. Their system records how I like my cut. I get a simple cut so I don’t know about more difficult cuts.

Shannice is a miracle worker. She helped me realize that my long hair, which took so much time, money, and energy to maintain, was a burden. She cut 2/3 of my hair off them set the style. I felt lighter and the compliments I received were incredible. Shannice connected with me on a human level, was able to sense my sadness and frustration over the illness of my son, and used scissors and a blow-dryer to help me feel so much better. I believe she was a brilliant healer in her former life. Thank you Shannice for being aware and for really listening. I will be a fan for life.

Had such a great experience today with Shannice! I brought my mom here as she just had a brain tumor removed and has further cancer treatment coming. She had mid-length hair before the hospital shaved a big swath down the back of her head. She decided it needed to all be shaved – but we decided to leave it to a professional to give a bit more style. Shannice was GREAT. So compassionate and gentle (mom even has staples in her head still that Shannice had to navigate) and offered such understanding to a very tough situation. She made mom feel special and beautiful, that she was still in control and could be stylish – not just sick. Thanks Shannice!

This is the worst establishment I have been to. I always go Great Clips I do my check ins etc. Today made an appt, was waiting in the car for over 30 mins then I got the alert to come in. Only to be told that I was not being taken because they’re taking they’re walkins that just came in. As I sit there they’re talking it was more of a personal visit than a business client. Then as I’m still patiently waiting over an hour at this point all 3 employees continue in personal conversations rather than attending they’re customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Worst PLACE EVER
